Health Program Coordinator

FT / PT Status – Full time Salary – $29.66 - $44.58 Remote Work / In-Office – In Office Final date to receive applications – 8/4/2026

In this role, incumbents will coordinate with other health program professionals to manage a program component within a larger, significant health initiative. These duties will be carried out across various community-based settings where Medicaid waivered services are delivered, including shared and family-based residential programs, individual and group day support programs, and supported employment environments.

Supervisory duties may include training, directing, and monitoring staff, particularly those tasked with providing direct support or overseeing Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) quality assurance, care assessment, and case management. Ensuring adherence to all State and Federal rules, policies, and regulations is also a core requirement.

Additionally, this position is responsible for cultivating and maintaining positive working partnerships with both providers and the community. This involves spending significant time in the field at HCBS locations and collaborating closely with other organizational units (OUs) that handle regulatory and oversight functions for the Department.

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities and other related conditions.
• Knowledge of HCBS Medicaid Waivers.
• Knowledge and understanding of DSPD provider contracts.
• Experience with technical assistance and oversight of HCBS settings.
• Knowledge of the Medicaid Settings Rule

• QIDP qualified.
• Ability to interact with individuals, families and providers.
