Interim Health Care is seeking a Hospice Medical Social Worker (MSW) to provide home-based social services to patients in Butler County, KS. You’ll visit patients and families, connect them with resources, and support them in managing illness with empathy and professionalism.
Join a hospice team to implement plans of care, monitor psychosocial needs, and provide counseling and advocacy to families. A Kansas MSW license and CPR certification are required for this role.
