Making Opportunity Count (MOC) is seeking fee‑for‑service clinicians to provide high‑quality outpatient behavioral health care to children, adults, couples, families, and groups. What you will do
- Provide outpatient behavioral health counseling through individual, family, couples, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence‑based practices.
- Serve diverse client populations, including children and adults, according to your competencies and assigned caseload.
- Deliver telehealth services from a private, professional setting and maintain the technology needed for secure virtual care.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation within required time frames to support quality care, compliance, and billing.
- Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, community partners, and MOC colleagues.
- Collaborate with program leadership and multidisciplinary teams on interventions, consultations, client needs, crisis response, and positive outcomes.
- Participate, as applicable, in clinical supervision, peer consultation, utilization review, quality assurance, training, and continuous improvement activities.
- Follow all ethical standards, licensing and supervision requirements, accreditation standards, privacy obligations, and organizational policies.
Who we are looking for
- A master’s or doctoral degree in mental health counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related clinical field.
- Knowledge of a range of clinical presentations and experience serving diverse client populations.
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Comfort providing telehealth services and using an electronic health record.
- Scheduling flexibility sufficient to meet client demand and participate in necessary consultation, supervision, and interdisciplinary activities.
