A well-established and growing ABA organization with multiple clinic locations across Arizona is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their Tucson team. ** Position Requirements*
* + BCBA or BCBA-D certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

+ Master's Degree required

+ Active Arizona state license (or ability to obtain)

** Key Responsibilities*
* This role is primarily clinic-based, offering flexibility in daily structure and a highly collaborative interdisciplinary setting.

+ Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with a manageable caseload

+ Review behavioral data and adjust individualized treatment plans with a focus on quality care

+ Provide thoughtful clinical guidance and feedback to team members

+ Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers

+ Participate in team meetings and care coordination

+ Conduct occasional school consultations or home visits (minimal - approx. 1%)

+ Support interns and junior clinical staff as needed

** Schedule*
* Flexible scheduling options available, including:

+ 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

+ 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

+ Split schedule between clinic and remote work
