Rho is hiring a Clinical Research Associate II or Senior CRA to oversee site monitoring for a Major Depressive Disorder program within the US, with up to 80% travel. This remote role requires ensuring regulatory compliance, managing site visits, and maintaining audit-ready data in line with ICH/GCP, FDA, and Rho SOPs.
You will monitor multiple protocols, mentor junior staff, and collaborate across sites to achieve study goals while liaising with investigators and the Clinical Monitoring team.
