Bright View is hiring for an awesome full time BCBA to join our growing team in Los Angeles! This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about delivering evidence-based care, mentoring team members, and helping families make meaningful progress.
This is a hybrid/ remote position.

Compensation and Role Details
  • Pay: $85,000 - $98,000/ year, based on education and experience
  • Position type: Full time preferred, some part time options available
  • Location: Hybrid (in person) / Remote
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, with some weekend availability in PST hours
What You'll Do
  • Develop, oversee, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans and clinical goals
  • Conduct functional assessments and complete assessment and progress reports
  • Analyze client data, interpret trends, and create graphs for visual review
  • Monitor treatment effectiveness and make program changes as needed
  • Develop behavior intervention plans and support their implementation
  • Train, supervise, and provide feedback to interventionists and clinical staff
  • Provide parent and caregiver training based on individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver consultation and support around ABA principles, intervention strategies, crisis management, and behavior support
  • Ensure treatment approaches are evidence-based and aligned with current research
  • Write quarterly progress reports and maintain strong clinical documentation

Qualifications Required
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Special Education, Child Development, Social Work, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Ability to directly supervise and mentor staff
  • At least 3 years of experience providing direct services to clients with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or severe behavior challenges
  • Experience working across home-based, center-based, educational, or social services settings preferred
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior plans, and using emergency behavioral interventions
  • Experience supporting and training parents, staff, and other stakeholders
Preferred Experience
  • Designing and developing individualized programs for children with autism and related disorders
  • Training in a range of intervention methods, including DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, communication training, parent training, social skills training, positive behavior supports, and related ABA strategies
