Cognizant is seeking an ER Medical Coder – E/M, Injections & Infusions, to support healthcare clients remotely. You will review documentation, assign ICD-10-CM codes for outpatient settings, and communicate with physicians for clarification.
Maintain 98% accuracy and meet productivity standards in a remote, fast-paced team. Qualifications include certification (CCS/RHIT/RHIA/CPC/COC), 2+ years of facility outpatient coding, and experience with ED coding and injections/infusions.
