Cognizant is seeking a remote ER Medical Coder – E/M, Injections & Infusions, to review clinical documentation and assign ICD-10-CM codes across outpatient settings. You will work with providers and coding teams to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality coding services for ED, outpatient surgery, observation, and diagnostic encounters.
The role requires at least 2 years of facility-based outpatient coding experience, ED/E/M coding proficiency, and strong communication skills.
