True Care Mental Health Clinic LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Mental Health Clinician to join our growing team in Newark, NJ. Responsibilities- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions in both English and Spanish (or other designated language)
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate client care and support services
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
- Connect clients with community resources, referrals, and support networks as needed
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field
- Active NJ licensure or license-eligibility (LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, or equivalent)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other language serving the local community)
- Experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health or behavioral health setting
- Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and evidence-based treatment modalities
- Culturally competent and sensitive to the needs of diverse, underserved populations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
