Access Care Partners in Holyoke, MA is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support our community-based Nutrition Program serving older adults. This role combines nutrition counseling, education, menu planning, food safety oversight, and outreach to help ensure high-quality nutrition services for program participants.
Full-time schedule with standard hours, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 1-hour lunch. Eligible for up to 2 remote workdays per week after a 6-month intro period, MA license
