Starting rates vary based on education, experience, and licensure earned.

• Therapists holding an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT will earn a base minimum of $58,000 annually (with potential increase based on experience).
• Therapists holding an LSW, LMHC-a, or LMFT-a will earn a base minimum of $52,500 annually (with potential increase based on experience).
• Those with temporary licenses or who are not licensed but hold a Master's degree in a Human Service-related field and meet certain education requirements will earn a base minimum of $47,028 annually.

IHBS is looking to grow and needs Home Based Therapists to build positive behavioral change with families and children. IHBS is a leader in this field and has earned and maintained the Joint Commission accreditation for Behavioral Health Care. Join our team of over 200 professionals providing cutting edge multi-modal interventions in Family Preservation and Reunification. Services are provided to adolescents, children, and families in the client’s communities and homes.

The role may include working with youth on probation and their families. Hours will include evenings and potentially some weekends, and the therapist will be required to travel to 2‑3 counties per week.

• Master's or Doctorate degree with a current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board.
• Master's degree with a temporary permit issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board.
• Master's degree in a related human services field having completed a minimum of 24 post‑secondary semester hours in a qualifying human services degree field.
