Duties- Lead behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and inform treatment strategies
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized behavior intervention plans aligned with ABA principles for children with developmental disabilities
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate intake processes to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress, adjust interventions, and optimize outcomes for each individual
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff to uphold high-quality service delivery
- Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and educational teams to promote consistency across environments
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral health records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Hybrid Position
- Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification renewal
- Proven experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral psychological assessments, and behavior intervention techniques
- Experience conducting functional assessments and designing behavior intervention plans based on data collection
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards including HIPAA compliance
- Background in school-based or home-based behavioral therapy settings is highly desirable
- Excellent client communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
