• Lead behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and inform treatment strategies
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized behavior intervention plans aligned with ABA principles for children with developmental disabilities
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate intake processes to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress, adjust interventions, and optimize outcomes for each individual
• Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff to uphold high-quality service delivery
• Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and educational teams to promote consistency across environments
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral health records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Hybrid Position

• Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification renewal
• Proven experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral psychological assessments, and behavior intervention techniques
• Experience conducting functional assessments and designing behavior intervention plans based on data collection
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards including HIPAA compliance
• Background in school-based or home-based behavioral therapy settings is highly desirable
• Excellent client communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
