Divine Harmony is looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living safe, meaningful, and independent lives.

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care
• Support community participation and independence
• Follow each individual’s person-centered service plan
• Assist with meals, appointments, transportation, and medication support as assigned
• Maintain accurate daily documentation
• Promote dignity, choice, privacy, safety, and respect
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding concerns or changes

• Must be dependable, patient, respectful, and compassionate
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Completion of required training and certifications
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
• Previous caregiving or DSP experience is preferred but not required
• Must be willing to work assigned shifts, including evenings and weekends when needed
