Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT or CMHC) - Outpatient

About the Role

We are seeking licensed therapists to serve patients across multiple Utah locations. This hybrid role blends office and remote work to provide high-quality behavioral health services.

• Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to patients.
• Provide therapy for children, families, couples, and trauma patients, with or without evening coverage as required.
• Adhere to clinical best practices and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Collaborate with a collegial team within a modern, technologically equipped environment.

• Fully licensed in Utah as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Marriage & Family Therapist.
• Master's degree and completion of supervised clinical stage.
• EMDR certification is preferred for trauma therapists.
• Bi‑lingual a+ Spanish speaking.

Full‑time hybrid schedule: 2–3 days in office and 1–2 days remote.

• Annual compensation range: $75,000–$106,000 based on productivity.
• Sign‑on bonus for full‑time employees.
• Uncapped earnings and incentive bonus structure.

Offices in Murray, Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Pleasant Grove, Draper, and other Salt Lake City area areas. Additional offices planned for 2027.
