Freedom Care is seeking a Launch Specialist I for the National Expansion team in Cleveland, OH. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration three days a week with remote work two days, supporting onboarding and intake processes as we expand into new states.
You will document processes, train staff, ensure HIPAA and state regulatory compliance, and drive engagement with patients and caregivers to move cases forward efficiently. Strong communication and initiative are essential.
