Starting rates vary based on education, experience, and licensure earned.
- Therapists holding an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT will earn a base minimum of $58,000 annually (with potential increase based on experience).
- Therapists holding an LSW, LMHC‑a, or LMFT‑a will earn a base minimum of $52,500 annually (with potential increase based on experience).
- Those with temporary licenses or who are not licensed but hold a Master’s degree in a Human Service‑related field and meet certain education requirements will earn a base minimum of $47,028 annually.

Salaried therapists are eligible for monthly bonuses based on exceeding face‑to‑face service hour goals—without a cap on the total amount earned. Bonuses also include a stipend for licensure, up to $500 annually for Continuing Education reimbursement, and free supervision for licensure to help advance your career.
OverviewIreland Home Based Services (IHBS) seeks Home Based Therapists to deliver family‑centered behavioral change interventions to adolescents, children, and families across 51 counties. Services are provided in clients’ homes and communities, and may involve working with youth on probation and their families.
Qualifications- Master’s or Doctorate degree with a current license issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board.
- Master’s degree with a temporary permit issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board.
- Master’s degree in a related human services field having completed a minimum of 24 post‑secondary semester hours in a qualifying human services degree field.
- Provide family‑based therapy and multi‑modal interventions in Family Preservation and Reunification settings.
- Deliver therapeutic services to adolescents, children, and families in the client’s communities and homes.
- Track progress and ensure compliance with evidence‑based practices and regulatory standards.
- Schedule and attend caseload appointments, including evenings and some weekends.
- Travel to 2–3 counties per week to meet client needs.
