We’re seeking a detail-driven Back Office Coordinator to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. In this role, you’ll manage Medicaid processes and support essential RCM functions including accounts receivable, credit balances, and cash postings for assigned offices. You’ll ensure compliance, resolve discrepancies, and help drive financial efficiency within our network.
This position is a full time role requiring a standard 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday. It's ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys maintaining consistency while handling detailed financial and administrative tasks.

What You’ll DoManage all Medicaid-related billing and compliance processes.
Oversee the submission and follow-up of insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
Monitor accounts receivable and minimize overdue accounts.
Accurately post and reconcile cash receipts and payments daily.
Identify and resolve insurance discrepancies and denials.
Maintain organized, detailed financial records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.
What You’ll BringExperience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing, or healthcare finance.
Familiarity with Medicaid and insurance regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency with relevant billing and accounting software.
Certification in medical billing, coding, or RCM is a plus.
