Since 2011,
Ready Set Connect Autism Centers have provided a warm, friendly, and fun learning environment for children with autism and other related disorders. We work individually with each child using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to create a personalized behavior plan designed to help improve fundamental and communication skills. Each child's treatment is overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Additionally, Ready Set Connect offers services, programs and support for the entire family –
because we know that when the family thrives, the child does too .

Ready Set Connect is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Insurance & Billing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you'll help ensure our clients receive uninterrupted ABA services by supporting insurance authorizations, billing processes, and admissions.

What You'll Do
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for new and existing clients.
  • Prepare, submit, and monitor insurance authorizations and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate insurance and authorization information within our electronic health record (EHR).
  • Support billing by ensuring authorizations align with scheduled services.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers regarding authorizations, benefits, and payer requirements.
  • Research claim issues and assist with billing documentation and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records while ensuring HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
  • Partner with the Insurance & Billing Manager and clinical teams to support timely services for our clients.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • One or more years of experience in medical billing, insurance verification, revenue cycle, or healthcare administration.
  • Experience working with commercial insurance and/or Medicaid preferred.
  • Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or pediatric healthcare is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with EHR systems, preferably RethinkBH, is a plus.
