Powers Health is seeking a skilled Coder II - Inpatient to accurately assign ICD-10-CM/PCS codes for inpatient encounters in accordance with guidelines and hospital policies. This role supports proper reimbursement and data integrity across Powers Health hospitals.
Responsibilities include reviewing records in EMR, assigning codes, and collaborating with the CDI team to ensure accurate documentation and DRG assignment. Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS and coding guidelines is required.
