We are seeking a
** Radiopharmaceutical Medical Science Liaison (RPT-MSL)
** for Rayze Bio to serve as a trusted, agile partner to the Thought Leader community. This role is well-suited for a highly motivated, “hungry learner” with a strong scientific foundation and a growth mindset, who is looking to build core field medical capabilities.
The RPT-MSL will engage in authentic, peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with RPT Thought Leaders and healthcare professionals, contributing to Rayze Bio’s scientific presence while developing confidence and effectiveness in external engagement. With appropriate guidance, structure, and coaching, the individual will build foundational competencies in scientific exchange, territory planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Through these interactions, the RPT-MSL will begin to generate and communicate valuable insights to inform clinical strategy, evidence generation, and launch readiness.
This role offers an opportunity to develop into an independent, strategic field medical partner while contributing to Rayze Bio’s mission of advancing innovative radiopharmaceutical therapies for patients in need. Led by a successful and experienced team, Rayze Bio aims to be the global leader in radiopharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities
* Build Scientific Partnerships:
Facilitates scientific interactions and partnerships with Thought Leaders and HCPs including the multidisciplinary nuclear medicine team at top RPT institutions
* Liaise with institutions to understand clinical and RPT-unique levers and barriers to patient access in the context of clinical trials
* Lead high-impact scientific discussions and presentations that challenge conventional thinking and advance the standard of care. Educate on real-world evidence and clinical trial read-outs to key opinion leaders.
* Support clinical development: identify and recommend sites for trials, engage with investigators and site staff to educate on the trial and asset and identify barriers to enrollment. Deliver solutions that address the barriers and support enrollment.
* Gather Early, Actionable Insights:
Conduct insight‐gathering sessions to uncover emerging clinical or diagnostic/imaging needs, treatment paradigms and barriers to optimal patient care. Translate frontline feedback into strategic recommendations
* Demonstrates a strong learning orientation with high motivation to grow within a field medical role
* Builds foundational competencies in scientific exchange, territory planning, and stakeholder engagement
* Engages in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue with appropriate preparation and support
* Operates effectively within a structured environment, leveraging guidance, tools, and coaching
* Shows early ability to develop external relationships while building confidence and presence
* Asset Advisory & Launch:
Act as a scientific partner to medical and commercial/sales colleagues, guiding medical education and external engagement.
