Role And Responsibilities

Licensed therapists will provide behavioral health care via telehealth, focusing on delivering quality client support. Rula handles administrative tasks such as marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, and compliance, allowing therapists to concentrate solely on client care. Key duties include managing client sessions, utilizing outcome measures for progress tracking, and adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations. Therapists can work flexibly, with compensation based on session reimbursement, and receive support through clinical leadership, peer consultations, and a provider community.

Must be licensed as an LP in Tennessee, capable of providing telehealth services. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Experience with insurance processes and outcome measurement is advantageous.
