Sharecare is hiring a Family Health Advocate in a remote role to support members with benefits navigation, eligibility, and care coordination. You will engage via voice and chat, helping with plan education, claims issues, and provider searches while guiding members toward high-quality care using motivational interviewing techniques.
The position includes a four-week training period (8:00–16:30 CT), and shifts are 8 hours between 7am–7pm CST.
