POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Provide operational and financial support to practice leadership by monitoring key performance metrics, productivity, budgets, and practice operations.
  • Coordinate physician onboarding, licensing, credentialing, payroll, quality management programs, and ongoing compliance initiatives.
  • Manage accounts payable, expense approvals, supply ordering, financial reporting, and tracking tools to support operational efficiency.
  • Partner with physicians and leadership on budgeting, special projects, scheduling, billing compliance, and practice improvement initiatives.
  • Support teammate performance, communication, and collaboration while assisting leadership with day-to-day operational management and strategic priorities.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience;
    Master's degree preferred with 5+ years of healthcare administration, management, or radiology practice experience.
  • 2+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience with strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and Tableau or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience working closely with physicians and healthcare leadership to support operational, financial, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Practice Manager 2026

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401(k) benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
