Sharecare is seeking a Family Health Advocate for a remote, full-time role. Start date is September 14, 2026; training runs 4 weeks 8am-4:30pm CT. Work hours are Mon-Fri, 7am-7pm CST, with shifts assigned after training.
Compensation is $22.00/hour. You will assist members with eligibility, benefits, claims, and healthcare navigation. Responsibilities include provider searches, spending accounts, DME ordering, referrals to Clinical Advocates as needed, and proactive benefits education.
