Flex Med Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with LBA to join a growing ABA practice in Texas. The role can be hybrid (North DFW area) or 100% remote for Texas-based candidates, with telehealth supervision and in-person support as needed.
You will conduct assessments, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, review data, train parents, and ensure compliance with BACB standards, Texas licensing, and payer requirements.
