Coastal Hospice Inc. is seeking a Clinical Team Leader to oversee one or more clinical teams serving patients in Salisbury, MD and Ocean Pines, MD. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate care planning, and ensure high quality hospice services.
The role requires at least two years of management experience, Maryland RN license (or Maryland-qualified LCSW-C for Macky & Pam Stansell House), and CHPN/ACHP-SW qualifications. Travel up to 50% and day shifts.
