Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full‑time hybrid role. This position offers the flexibility of remote work combined with hands‑on client care responsibilities. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team. This role also involves supervising and training Behavior Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor client progress.
  • Supervise and support Behavior Technicians and other team members.
  • Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress and treatment.
  • Stay updated on ABA research and best practices to improve treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • BCBA (Required)
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or in process (Required for AZ and OK regions)
