Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Full-time and Part-time positions available.
BCBA Pay Rate:$65 - $95 per hour based on experience (for comparative purposes: Approximately $95,000 - $140,000 as an annual salary, based on a 30-hour work week).
First Year Bonus:$5000 for full time BCBAs. Bonus is commensurate with weekly hours for part‑time BCBAs.
About Us:At Steady Strides ABA, we provide in-home ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our team uses proven, evidence-based practices to help clients build skills and reduce challenging behaviors. We’re a supportive, collaborative group focused on helping both our clients and our team members succeed.

Ongoing collaboration and access to resources
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
- Use tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3
- Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs)
- Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families
- Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism
- Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required for in-home visits)
