Cognizant is seeking an Inpatient Medical Coding Auditor to remotely audit consultant inpatient records across client engagements. You will validate ICD-10-CM/ICD-10-PCS accuracy, review physician documentation, and mentor client teams on coding and compliance.
Ideal candidates hold CCS/RHIT/RHIA and APR DRG experience, with five years in facility-based auditing and two years at higher complexity levels. Strong independence and collaboration are required.
