Confidential is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to join a home health team serving Forrest City, AR. You will perform evaluations, reassessments, and start-of-care visits to support recovery and chronic condition management.
The role emphasizes thorough documentation, timely charting, and efficient delivery of high-quality home-based PT services. Travel within the coverage area is required; mileage reimbursement is provided. Shift is M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 32–40 hours weekly.
