About Flex Med SolutionsFlex Med Solutions is a growing ABA practice serving children and families in Texas. We are hiring a BCBA who is seeking flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to a practice in its early stages of growth.
This position is available as either a hybrid role for candidates in the North DFW area or a 100% remote role for qualified Texas-based candidates. Hybrid BCBAs may provide a combination of remote supervision, telehealth parent training, virtual meetings, and in-person client or team support as needed. Remote BCBAs will provide services through telehealth and virtual supervision in accordance with client needs, payer requirements, BACB requirements, and Texas law.

Position Type- Hybrid option:
North DFW, including Frisco, McKinney, Aubrey, and Prosper - Remote option: 100% remote role for qualified Texas-based candidates
- Flexible schedule based on client availability and clinical needs
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide clinical oversight, treatment planning, and ongoing program modifications.
- Supervise RBTs through a combination of virtual and in-person observation, as clinically appropriate and permitted by funding sources.
- Review client data, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-based clinical decisions.
- Conduct virtual parent and caregiver training sessions.
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with families, RBTs, and other members of the clinical team.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, supervision notes, and other documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure services and documentation meet BACB ethical standards, Texas licensing requirements, Medicaid and commercial payer standards, and audit requirements.
- Participate in virtual clinical meetings, case reviews, and team trainings.
- Help build clinical procedures, documentation standards, and quality-assurance processes as Flex Med Solutions grows.
- Mentor and support RBTs, BCaBAs, and future clinical team members as needed.
- Active Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Eligible for Texas Medicaid and commercial insurance credentialing.
- Experience providing telehealth ABA services, virtual supervision, or remote parent training is preferred.
- Strong written communication, documentation, time-management, and organization skills.
- Comfortable using electronic health record systems, video-conferencing platforms, and digital data-collection tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage a caseload remotely, and communicate proactively with families and team members.
- Spanish/English bilingual ability is strongly preferred; bilingual compensation adjustments are available.
