Position Summary

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides clinical assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and oversight for assigned home-based and center-based clients within the Elevate program.

The BCBA is responsible for supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs), evaluating client progress using data-driven methods, and ensuring the effective implementation of insurance-funded treatment programs, Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), Behavior Management Guidelines (BMGs), and applicable Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The BCBA serves as the primary clinical liaison with parents and caregivers.

When assigned, the BCBA may serve as the on-site clinical lead for Elevate Center-Based Services during periods when the Clinical Manager is not physically present.
