Provide exceptional customer service to patients by assisting them with scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and explaining financial responsibilities;
Communicate effectively with medical professionals and insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services;
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations;
Utilize various computer systems to accurately enter and update patient information;
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the patient registration process;
