Position Summary

LADACIN is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Early Intervention Program. This part‑time position provides home‑based physical therapy services to infants and toddlers from birth through age three with developmental delays as part of a collaborative transdisciplinary team. Immediate openings are available throughout Monmouth County with a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment services to infants and toddlers receiving Early Intervention services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support developmental and motor goals
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to provide family‑centered services
  • Complete evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation in accordance with Early Intervention guidelines
  • Participate in transdisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
  • Educate and coach families to support children's motor development during everyday routines
  • Maintain compliance with Early Intervention regulations and agency standards
  • Comply with Agency Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics
Required Qualifications
  • Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, or children with developmental delays preferred
  • Must pass required background clearances and screenings
