Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a Remote Workload Coordinator to join our Business Operations team. You will coordinate daily staffing for practice groups, balance workloads, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of services to clients. Hours are 9:30-6:00 PT in a flexible Monday–Friday schedule.
You will act as a central contact for service requests, leverage Service Now, and provide hands-on support with a focus on operational excellence and exceptional client service.
