Willow Health, a fully virtual behavioral health program, seeks a Crisis Care Therapist to deliver telehealth assessments, differential diagnoses, crisis psychotherapy, and co-created treatment plans within a multidisciplinary clinical team. Responsibilities include managing an 8–12 week caseload, ongoing risk assessment and safety planning, weekly supervision, and aligning care with family and community providers.
Hours are Monday–Friday 10:30 AM–7:30 PM ET.
