TEKsystems is seeking a Member Experience Representative to deliver exceptional service to members, providers, customers, and brokers regarding health plan questions, claims status, benefits, and billing inquiries. Training runs for the first 6-8 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST.
After training, shifts are Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST, with full remote work in Wisconsin.
