NPHire is seeking an experienced NP or PA (AGACNP, FNP, or AGPCNP) to deliver high-acuity acute care in patients' homes in Brooklyn, NY. This field-based role uses ED/inpatient/post-acute skills to perform hands-on interventions, order diagnostics, and build holistic, patient-centered care plans.
Three 12-hour shifts per week means four days off, and a sign-on bonus enhances the strong total compensation package for home-based acute care in the New York metro.
