Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Clinic Manager to lead our facility with enthusiasm and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with behavioral health regulations, manage staff, and optimize clinic performance. Your leadership will help create a welcoming environment where quality care thrives, and team members are empowered to excel.
Duties- As a Clinic Manager, you are expected to train and equip providers in the implementation of treatment plans
- In addition, Clinical Supervisor demonstrates a functional understanding of best practices in ABA clinical care so that Thrive Autism Services clients progress in a quantitative and qualitative manner
- Clinical Supervisors provide consultation and support to families and children
- Assist Director of Autism/Clinical Director in the daily operations
- Assist in scheduling operations for clinic setting
- Conducts, mentors, and trains new Behavioral Technicians as assigned
- Responsible for covering sessions as needed to ensure schedules run smoothly
- Implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in the clinical setting
- Implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA and work in collaboration with other team members toward this goal
- Ensure Behavioral Specialists and RBTs compliance with their session notes and data collection
- Oversee, train, and provide constructive feedback to Behavioral Specialists and RBTs in Applied Behavior Analysis and Discrete Trial Teaching so that therapeutic quality and standards are maintained
- Assist the Director or Autism/Clinical Director in creating weekly curriculum and materials
- Attend additional professional meetings and parent consultation meetings to ensure performance and caseload services are within a satisfactory level
- Ensure caseload treatment goals are current and up to date in Rethink as needed
- Assist with opening/closing the clinic daily
- Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare management within a clinical setting.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Expertise in fiscal management include budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation.
- Experience with office management tasks including human resources functions and staff development.
- Active RBT license (1+ years with an active RBT certification)
- Leadership experience in related field
- Training experience in related field
- Ability to work 7:30am-3:30pm M-F and 4 weekends a year (Saturdays only)
- Experience training RBTs and managing conflict
- $60,000-$65,000 starting annual salary, based on experience*
- 100% remote work environment
- Primary Monday-Friday schedule
