Behavior Care Therapy in Phoenix is seeking paraprofessionals to support children with autism in their homes during afternoon and evening hours. This part-time, 1:1 role focuses on building daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA therapy.
You’ll work with the same child consistently, follow plans created by a BCBA, track progress with a mobile data tool, and coordinate with families and your supervisor.
