We are seeking creative, authentic, and collaborative Outpatient Therapists to join our client's team in providing high-quality, accessible mental health care to clients ranging from ages 10 to 110. Key ResponsibilitiesComplete clinical evaluations, diagnostic assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and ongoing case notes according to company policy and protocol.
Maintain a full-time caseload requirement of a minimum of 25 client visits per week.
Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their individual goals.
Coordinate client care with case managers, families, medical professionals, school staff, and internal team members as needed.
Provide exceptional client care while collaborating with a dynamic team dedicated to destigmatizing mental health.
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and required training sessions.
Education: Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university.
Licensure: Independent clinical licensure required (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LPC, LP, etc.).
Experience: Hands-on experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation. Credentialed with insurance panels is preferred.

Skills:
Proficiency with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (Valant experience is a plus).Core Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication, ability to model stable and appropriate clinical boundaries, and comfort working with diverse populations.
