Ohana Pacific Health in Hawaii is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (3 days per week) to develop and implement a progressive home-based rehabilitation program. You will serve as the case manager, supervise home health aides, and screen, diagnose, and treat communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, determining impairment factors, planning and coordinating treatment, and discharging when goals are met.
