INTERN SUPERVISOR & LICENSED COUNSELOR – NOW HIRING AUTONOMY WITHOUT ISOLATION Do you enjoy working with couples, mentoring emerging counselors, and being part of a connected professional community?
Lacamas Counseling is seeking a fully licensed counselor to join our team in a unique clinical and leadership role. This position combines meaningful clinical work with intern supervision and opportunities to contribute to the growth of a collaborative, values-driven counseling community.
We believe counselors do their best work when they have both individualized autonomy and meaningful professional connection. Our goal is to create a practice where clinicians can focus on what they do best - providing exceptional care - while being supported by a collaborative team and strong administrative infrastructure.
ROLE- · 24-32 hours per week –Full-Time Clinical Schedule
- o21-28 client/supervision sessions + approximately 3 leadership hours per week
- oDirect counseling to couples and adults
- oDirect supervision to 1–3 graduate counseling interns per term
- oParticipate in group consultation, clinical collaboration, and leadership
- oMentor and support developing counselors
- oContribute to clinical quality, practice development, and a healthy team culture
- oPotential opportunity to grow into supervision of associate licensed counselors
- · The position is primarily in-person at our Camas office, with some flexibility for remote work by arrangement.
- ·$100K-$131K+ Annualized Earning Potential:
Fully Licensed Counselor (e.g. LMHC, LMFT) - o$85 per completed client or direct supervision session
- o+$45/hour for leadership hours (approximately 3/week)
- ·$127K-$167K+ Annualized Earning Potential:
PsyD or PhD - o$115 per completed client or direct supervision session
- o+$45/hour for leadership hours (approximately 3/week)
- · Sick Leave Accrual: 1 hour per 40 hours worked (approximately 31 hours annually at 24 hours/week)
- · WA & OR Licensure Reimbursement
Annualized earning potential is based on 52 weeks and completed client sessions. Actual earnings will vary based on completed sessions and time worked.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:- · Holds an active, unrestricted Washington State independent clinical license
- · Advanced training and experience working with couples
- · At least two years of post-graduate clinical experience
- · Is eligible to provide clinical supervision to graduate counseling interns
- · Enjoys mentoring and developing emerging counselors
- · Values collaboration, professional community, and clinical excellence
- · Practices with strong clinical judgment, integrity, and autonomy
- · Is excited about the possibility of growing into additional leadership and supervision responsibilities
