Sharecare is seeking a Family Health Advocate for a remote role that helps members and families navigate benefits, plans, and services. You will provide resource referrals, issue resolution, and guided support to improve health outcomes and reduce costs.
Start date is September 14, 2026; training runs 8am-4:30pm CT for four weeks. The role requires excellent multi-channel communication and healthcare navigation experience.
