Create and maintain accurate schedules for medical procedures and appointments;
Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize wait times;
Utilize electronic scheduling systems to input and update patient information;
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for procedures;
Coordinate with other departments and facilities to schedule necessary tests or consultations;
Monitor and manage patient cancellations and rescheduling requests to ensure timely and effective use of available appointments;
Continuously review and adjust schedules to accommodate urgent or emergent cases;
Collaborate with other team members to improve the scheduling process and patient experience;
