Day To Day Health in Charleston, SC seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide one‑on‑one care to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. You will evaluate patients, build personalized care plans, deliver evidence‑based therapy, and support independence and mobility.
Telehealth may be used to enhance care. Candidates must have a valid OT license, an accredited OT degree, CPR certification, and proficiency with EMR systems.
