United Health Group is hiring a Clinical Administrative Coordinator for a national remote role. You will support clinical teams by handling referrals, authorizations, and member communications via phone, fax, or provider portal while maintaining high accuracy and privacy.
The position is full-time with shifts 7:00 am–7:00 pm PT, weekend rotation, paid training, and virtual onboarding from home. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer service experience and basic medical terminology knowledge.
