Help at Home is seeking a Remote Contact Center Coordinator to connect caregivers, clients, and internal teams. You will help staff caregiver visits, handle scheduling changes, and address client concerns with professionalism.
The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend/holiday availability and HIPAA compliance are important. Weekly pay is $18.00-$20.00 per hour, with second shift hours 2pm-10pm EST.
