Sharecare is seeking a Family Health Advocate to support members remotely with resource navigation, referrals, and issue resolution. You will use motivational interviewing to help members reach health goals and reduce costs.
You will handle inquiries by voice and chat, assist with eligibility, benefits education, enrollment, claims issues, , and coordinate with providers and payers. Training runs first four weeks with 8am-4:30pm CT.
