Signature Performance is seeking a Follow Up Specialist for a remote position available nationwide. You will focus on timely follow-up of outstanding insurance claims to ensure accurate reimbursement and faster payments.
Your responsibilities include reviewing EOBs, contacting payers, appealing denials, collaborating with billing and clinical staff, and maintaining patient account notes. A strong background in medical billing and EPIC is preferred.
